Where is Select Storage located?
We have two properties on Adobe Road in Twentynine Palms, California. Our convenient locations allow our team to serve many other communities in the area, like Joshua Tree, Sunfair, and Desert Heights.
What are your office hours?
Our office is temporarily being virtually managed, you can reach one of our team members Monday-Friday from 9AM - 5PM. We do still have an on-site staff member who can tour the facility with you, just make an appointment Monday-Friday between 9AM and 2PM. Our office is closed Saturdays, Sundays, and all major holidays.
Do you have moving supplies?
Great question! Yes, we offer a variety of boxes, locks, and packing supplies to help get your belongings into your unit faster.
What are the access hours of your facilities?
Tenants can get access to their storage units and belongings every day between 6:00 am and 9:00 pm. We offer 24-hour access for Active Duty Service Members at our facilities.
What is drive-up access?
Drive-up access is what allows tenants to park their vehicle right next to their storage units. Without stairs or elevators in the way, they can easily get their belongings stored in record time!
Do you offer vehicle storage?
Yes, we do. Our outdoor parking spaces are great for many vehicle types, including business vans, cars, RVs, and trailers. All these spaces are paved and we have different lengths available. Don’t hesitate to ask us for more information about our vehicle storage units.
What type of security do you offer?
We have perimeter fencing, gated access, and 24-hour video recording. Our customers love that the gates are only accessible to people using our storage units.
Can I pay my bills online?
You sure can! In fact, you can even set up auto-pay once you start storing - one less thing to worry about during your renting experience. Check out our secure online bill pay here.
How do I get a unit from your facilities?
In order to get the most up-to-date information on which storage units are available, you can either check availability on our unit prices page for each location or simply call us. Regardless of your storage needs, you can expect affordable storage options along with excellent customer service.
How does the special work?
We prorate your first month’s rent using the standard unit rate from the day you move in. Our specials start in the second month and run for the applicable duration. After the special ends, the unit will go back to the Standard Rate.
